1. What This Agreement Covers

Welcome to AliasFleet! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AliasFleet regarding your use of our email alias management platform.

By using AliasFleet, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Key point: We'll always notify you before making significant changes to these Terms, and you can stop using the service if you don't agree with the changes.

2. Our Service

AliasFleet provides email alias management services that allow you to:

  • Create email aliases under our domains
  • Forward emails from aliases to your personal email
  • Manage multiple aliases from a single dashboard
  • Access additional features with Pro subscriptions

Free Plan

Up to 10 aliases with email forwarding

Pro Plan

Unlimited aliases, custom subdomains, SMTP access

3. Your Responsibilities

To use AliasFleet, you agree to:

Provide accurate information: Keep your account details current and truthful
Keep your account secure: Use a strong password and don't share your login credentials
Follow the law: Use our service only for legal purposes
Respect others: Don't interfere with other users' experience

4. What's Not Allowed

You may not use AliasFleet to:

❌Send spam or unsolicited emails
❌Engage in fraud or phishing
❌Distribute malware or viruses
❌Violate intellectual property rights
❌Attempt to hack or exploit our systems
❌Resell or redistribute our service
❌Create excessive load on our systems
❌Use it for illegal activities

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We'll usually warn you first, unless the violation is severe.

Fair warning: We believe in second chances. For minor violations, we'll typically give you a chance to fix the issue before taking action.

You can also delete your account at any time from your settings page.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

For Pro subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

While we work hard to provide reliable service:

  • We can't guarantee 100% uptime (though we try!)
  • You're responsible for backing up important emails
  • We're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits
  • Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us

Translation: We'll do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but technology isn't perfect. We can't be responsible for every possible problem that might arise.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do:

  • We'll notify you via email or dashboard notice
  • Changes take effect 30 days after notification
  • Continued use means you accept the new Terms
  • You can cancel your account if you disagree
