  • • Our Free plan doesn't involve payments and thus no refunds
  • • All refunds are processed through our payment provider (Stripe)
  • • Refunds are returned to your original payment method

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers to try our service risk-free.

What's Covered

First-time subscribers: Full refund if you're not satisfied within 30 days
Service issues: If our service doesn't meet your expectations
Technical problems: If we can't resolve issues affecting your experience

Requirements

Within 30 days: Request must be made within 30 days of your first payment
First subscription: Limited to your first Pro subscription only
No abuse: Must not have violated our terms of service

3. Pro-Rated Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription:

Service Interruption

If our service is unavailable for extended periods (more than 24 hours) due to technical issues on our end, we'll provide pro-rated credits or refunds.

Feature Removal

What Happens Next

  1. Your Pro subscription is cancelled immediately
  2. You retain access until the end of your current billing period (for partial refunds)
